The Castelldefels Catering School opens its workshop restaurant to the public: AULA-RESTAURANT. A rather different type of restaurant.
The main courses and desserts, the bread, the cocktails and the table service are all the work of our Vocational Training students.
Dishes prepared with the very finest contemporary culinary techniques. The produce used has been rigorously selected for its quality.
We are avant-garde, but do not forget the roots of traditional cooking.
The menu changes regularly. Each week there is a different set menu, and for every season a gastronomic sampler menu. During the academic year, then, more than 350 different creations are produced.
