In the 1960s, the Sancho sisters started a boarding house business in Viladecans. More than fifty years later, two of the Peñarroya brothers, descendants of one of the founders, continue to lead the business. They have nine unique rooms overlooking the quiet Balmes Street with simple décor and functional furniture. Two have a private bathroom, while the rest have a sink and shared bathroom.

One of the arguments of the establishment is the affordable price it offers. The reception is located in the Los Hermanos restaurant, located on the main avenue of the town. It is open from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. You can enjoy a varied daily home-cooked menu.
